Since once you order from us, you have a guarantee of 30 days timeframe to return/exchange the product you bought from us. In that case for fastest solution simply attach the photos of the item and reason/s why do you need to return it thru our Returns Page. Simple right? We make it easy for you.

However, please take note that products from the Health & Beauty Department can only be eligible for returns if:

  • It was unopened merchandise including original packing slip and packaging itself
  • It was damaged caused by the shipping carrier upon arrival for you

Once the item was successfully returned, Credit card refunds can typically take 3-7 business days to appear on your account (depending on your bank). Your credit will appear against your original form of payment. PayPal and other payment method refunds can typically take 3-7 business days.


We can ship all items only for 48 states in United States of America, however, we can't ship items for APO, PO, FPO, AE Boxes including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska delivery addresses.

Prior to that given hours, our team will send you an email notification regarding your order status with attached tracking number/s so you can track the progress of your order.
