Since once you order from us, you have a guarantee of 30 days timeframe to return/exchange the product you bought from us. In that case for fastest solution simply attach the photos of the item and reason/s why do you need to return it thru our Returns Page. Simple right? We make it easy for you.
However, please take note that the following items/categories are non returnable/refundable (all sales are final):

We can ship all items only for 48 states in United States of America, however, we can't ship items for APO, PO, FPO, AE Boxes including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska delivery addresses.
Please allow our fulfillment team to process your order/s within 24-48 hours. Prior to that given hours, our team will send you an email notification regarding your order status with attached tracking number/s so you can track the progress of your order. Since all our orders are FREE Standard Shipping expect orders to arrive between 2-15 days.
